If the product damages, fades, or stops working under normal wear, customers are entitled to a one-time replacement of the gold plated jewelry. This warranty is voided on any user damage issues such as excessive wear, lack of care, scratches, accidental breakage, or water damage. For products sold with a lifetime warranty, they are warranted to be free of defects in design, assembly, material, or workmanship. A non-refundable processing fee of $19.95 per item will be charged for all warranty replacements. The warranty does not cover intentional damage, alteration, or if the customer disputed the charges of the original purchase. It also does not protect against damage caused by vandalism, theft, normal use, wear and tear, improper installation, misuse, accident, erosion, depletion, obsolescence, abuse, or damage due to power disturbances or acts of God such as flood, fire, or earthquake.
